Sudden disconnection of Internet

I have an internet connection with Bharti Airtel since last two years. My email Id is [email protected]. Since, last 3 days, I face a problem, when I connect the net, it would be connect after so many dialing and when it connect, suddenly it disconnect. Resulting I'm not getting any mail.
