Placed order not received

Sir/Madam,

I have placed a order of 2 books and amount of Rs 206/- has been deducted on dated 10/08 but till the time i have not received the books.

As per status of the order no 7638900 same was shipped on dated 10/08 vide POD no GE832944649WW thru TNT courier.

After repeated call to infibeam team and TNT also no solution provided to me.

As per infibeam their maximum TAT for delivery of the said books is 3 working days and which got passed on 13/08.

As requirement of the said books now completed and there is no use of the books please suggest what should i do now?

Its not a matter of Rs206/- its a matter of faith which i lose on the online shopping because i am a regular purchaser of online shopping due to time constraints.

Please help me urgently.
