I placed the order for book (order ID:8779199))on april 13th and it is not yet delivered. It is shown that it is shipped on 4th may and reached cochin on 8th may through afl courier and after that no updates. I called afl cochin office twice without any status update. I dont know whether I get it or not..
I send mail to your customer service twice, didn't receive any reply.
Your courier and customer service is very bad. I am totally dissatisfied about your service.
