Dear sir.

i ordered sun direct DTH setup box from infibeam.com, i place the order on 19/04 but the ship after more than 25 days to i mentioned address via aramax via st courier service.(4/05 received date)

i received only the sun direct activation card only, but i not receive sun direct DTH and setup box.

than i come to know they only ship activation card through courier office.

i contact customer care they not responsible to call and email. so many time i spoke with customer care hey not give proper answer to me.

i recevied mail paste below.pls take acton to receive my order properly
