Not Able to Login

Today I have got the the internate password and user id on sunday!!! Secondly I have tired to login from the same but I could not when I am using the connection my telephone instrument making noise and busy tone in loud speaker automatically.

Then I have tried to customer care but nobody was lifting the phone at last I have registered a complaint with automatic system and the no is 1000147000.

Please look into the same ASAP
