CONNECTIVITY AND NON RECEIPT OF BILLS

My hathway a/c no.661944 - Name Mr. Dilip Karmarkar.

when I start the pc and once it is open and i click on internet it doesnt work. The remark box is there is no Internet connectivity to this PC. But when I re-start the PC and then only the Internet works. who so?

Secondly I hv not received my bills for last three months. Before that I have paid Rs.500/- advance to our Mira road branch. I want to know what is my latest bill amount.
