IRCTC failed transaction

I tried to book a ticket TODAY through irctc. SADBHAVNA EXP, from Shahjahanpur to Delhi.

But when i clicked pay the page showed an error: Blank Page: Internal server error. this happened. The ticket was not booked and money was cut from my HDFC account. (184) I want my money back. Kindly help.
