Non Receipt of Free Return Air Ticket

Hi,

Till now I have not received my free return air ticket which was to be send with the books/cds & reebok watch (History of the world offer). At the very first instance, while ordering the book, this was not mentioned to us that, we need to claim separately for the air ticket. However, on the day when I received the books & CDs, I went through the process for claiming the free return air ticket and had dispatched the booking request form to your office (Premier Sales Promotion Pvt Ltd., Bangalore - Form No - IT24051)

I have sent a mail today to Big city Promotions (Mr Kunal) as guided by Ms Ramneet from ITBC when I called up on their helpline. Looking at the number of complaints against these companies, I am least hopefull for getting a solution at the earliest without proper intervention. So please assist in getting me my free return air ticket.
