Dear sir, i've ordered a dress for my baby on JABONG on 09/04 (Order #120409419310638 of 09/04 10:51) and paid using credit card. even after 12 days i've not received the item. i've called twice the customer care no. every time they ask me to wait for 2 more days. it has become an endless wait. promised to deliver in 5 working days. i'm from a metro city. why jabong is unable to deliver even after 12 days to a metro is not known. any explanation jabong?
