Jabong not refunding for poor product

I had ordered formal shoes from jabong.com for 1200 Rs.

I had placed order on July 4 and I received shoes from jabong on 5 July.

Please not that I started wearing shoes on 10 July and after using it for just two days stitching of shoes just came off. On very morning of july 12 I sent an email to jabong care after reading their return policy (Which I think is very big lie) stating that shoes are in bad condition and on that day itself I packed shoes for returning purpose.

jabong sent a person for reverse pickup and performed quality check and told me that returned product failed quality check and just refused to refund my money.

they send me images of quality check performance by pointing out same areas because of which I returned product. And told me that I have used the product. Now any sensible person can think that how would I know if this product is going to go bad after using just for 3 days.

I feel cheated by jabong and I think they have some kind of goals in company to fail quality check deliberately.
