Hi,
My name is manoj mohal and I have filled a form and have given all needed documents for new internet connection on monday (22-march) in Chandigarh Sec 20-A. The reliance sales representative told me that "You will get the connection in between 3 days of form submition i.e. 25-march".
But I have got the mail from reliance on friday that "Your request has been received and fulfilled in between next 7 days". Then after I regularly call the sales representative from 24-march daily and he just keep telling that you will get the connection may be today or tomorrow. Some time he told me that reliance has changed few monthly plans and your plan has also been changed and this is the reason for delay.
Then suddenly I got a call from reliance on wednesday (31-march) from reliance that we have to install the new connection for you tell us when we come and i told them come at anytime today but call before coming so that I come from my office at time. And after that day I keep calling on that day but they didn't respond (Someone told that linemen are coming to you and some didn't picked my calls).
Now i want a strict action against them for my mental harassment on this issue plus the calls initiative that I have used to call them.
