Internet connection delay after fee deposit

Dear sir i have submitted 500 Rs on 26.06.10. i got the receipt but still after 2 months. i did not get BSN broadband & concening engineers are not giving satisfactory answers.

i am waiting for so long but i did find any solution please help me. Either give me connection or give my money back.
