I have a tikona plan CB499 for which I was told tat the download speed will be 2mbps with a limit of 5gb download after the limit I will be charged extra, to which i had agreed and taken the plan but from the 6th of march my download speed has gone down to 64kbps for which i had made a formal complain to the customer care no on the 8th of march for which I was told that it will be rectified in a day or two but till the time I am writing this mail it has not been rectified, So would like you to please look into the matter or I will be bound to discontinue with the services as i am not at all satisfied with the after sale services.
