i have purchase product online & not getting deliver & i have already paid amout for the same. Do you think it's your responsibility to trace shipment and deliver in proper timming from last one month i am trying to track one consignment No srt10769258. which is showing delivered to GGN on 28th Nov. but till date i didn't receive that consignment.
where it goes, so many times i have call in GGN office for status, but getting revert we are tracking, How much time you will take to send this packet.
