Sumbody hacked my rediff account

I am unable to access my email id. i tried the alternate email n security ques. ans as well. i guess hacked my account or my email id n sending abusive mails to my knw people from my id... i guess tat guy changed the password as well as the settings of my id... kindly help me as soon as possible becoz tat id is very valuable to me...
