I Mohit Jain Proprietor of Fragrance of India Delhi, By the regular phone calls from Kompass India (http://www.kompass.com) employ Mr. Prapful Jain to take there services and given guaranteed trade inquires and insured me that Kompass India will give thousands of inquiry per month so by there words I have given the cheque of RS 27575.00 cheque no 306163 dated 18/06 of Indian Overseas Bank Punjabi Bagh West under the name of Coface India Management Service Pvt Ltd and taken there services for one year to display all my products in there portal.
But that was the biggest blunder Mr Praphul Jain company employ given commitment to build the website within 15 days but have finished my website after 3 month from the day they have taken the cheque, called many times to them but the customer support is very hopeless at last they have completed but with many errors, complaint this issue many times to there employ Prapful Jain but no action taken yet as I am not receiving any inquiry from there portal they have cheated us by giving there own build fake inquiry.
Kompass India has cheated me physically, Mentally and Monetary and not being up to their words and kept there promises which they have provided me at the time of registration, . As I am not satisfied with there service and finally I want my full refund of my money paid to Kompass India and harassment caused to my business, because I have suffered tremendous harassment and loss in my business due to Kompass India. Please refund my full money as soon as possible
