For the last about 3 months we are facing problem in our broadband connection installed at telephone number 234565 at Sirsa city. Inspite of our many written and telephonic complaints, the problem is still as it was. Inspite of the efforts from telephone department, the fault has not been rectified and now it seems that now they are not having any solution for this problem.
Ours is a business plan (commercial broadband connection) and is first connection of city Sirsa. without this connection we are suffering a lot, therefore, it is once again requested that appropriate arrangements be made to rectify the fault.
We may add one thing more that our connection do not remain stable for contunuously even 5 minutes. Very frequently it gets disconnected. DSL is not stable.
