Cheat with Web Pramotion

We have done a web site from IndiaMART they told us after some days you will get good pramotion alongwith good query and we have allready paid to them 2 Lacs and still not recieved any query from IndiaMART side.

When i told them please return mu money they are abused to me.

Please help
