I haven't received a parcel yet with tracking numberEE622857896CN stuck at KOCHI EMS Custom (KOCHI EMS CENTRE) since 7 july and today it's 16th july.

No latest infromation regarding the parcel has been updated on the website.

I am ready to pay any custom duty charge. Kindly Help me in this matter.
