Poor after sales support and delivery

I had purchased a Samsung 40'' LCD TV LA40D550K1R (Order #: LSB-653921) on 24-11. It was supposed to be delivered within 10 working days. It has been around a month now and still there is no sign of the TV. It was shipped via DTDC on the 10th working day, and is yet to reach my home. DTDC has held the courier due to missing invoice in the package. Seems like letsbuy has no experience in handling interstate packages.

The package was held up on13th Dec due to the missing invoice and letsbuy did nothing about the same, eventually when I called them on 18th, was informed that a complaint needed to be raised against DTDC to get update on the issue. THe callcenter personnel asked me to call back on 20th to get the status. There was no proactive assistance provided by the rep, even after me insisting they should be the one calling me back.

THIS IS THE LAST TIME I WOULD TRUST LETSBUY. NEVER AGAIN, WOULD ALSO ADVICE OTHERS TO TRY AND AVOID THIS COMPANY.
