Refund of Money

Sir/ Madam,

This is to bring your notice that I Dheeraj Kumar, on 12.9.11 applied for a new Broadband connection. Therefore i issued a cheque of Rs. 1000. But still now i have not got my connection. Even after a repeated complaint lodged, i have not got any responce from the company.

This my heartiest request to you to solve my problem as soon as possible. My application form no. is TBLR 270978.
