To the concern people of Airtel India or Brand Managers of Bharti Airtel India. The customer care & technical team really pathetic. My internet connection is not working since 13th June but rather resolving my issue they raise new complain to rectify the old issue, moreover all complain no had been close from backend without rectifying the problem. I have email twice for my problem to their 121 services ([email protected]) & nodal ([email protected])
Never received any follow-up call or engineer visit at my residence. Airtel more pathetic than Sarkai Babu’s. Thanks to my Vodafone connection at-least i am able raise the problem.
Hope the Airtel people look into my problem. Else I don’t have any option apart from going to consumer court
