Hi,
I am Anand Somani, taken membership of librarymall before 1.3 yr again and I have stopped membership before ~1 yr back.
I have called (more then 10 times - Abhijeet 9922455441 / 020-65103077) to customer care and told them to return by Security Deposits amount, Also I like to add fine for them.
They are not given importance to customers and again given same answer "we will try to Refund in 2 days".
Also service is very very bad.
