Change of plan

I am having MTS internet connection No:9137106343 - Post paid plan Mblaze Unlimited 799 Gujarat. At the time of getting new connection the Sales Executive told that I can change the plan from Post paid to prepaid after three months. Now I have completed Six months and I want to change from Post paid to Prepaid. But the sales executives on phone refuses that there is no chance to change over for prepaid.
