I am really frustrated with your online phone agents.
I had ordered and cancelled within few hours through call and mail both.
I got assurance on the phone that it will get cancelled within 24 hours.
No confirmation from your side then suddenly i got a mail of dispatch.
I had mailed twice to customer support till den. I again called to customer support regarding this and then they asked me to mark a mail here regarding this.
I again mailed to called to vendor regarding the same to cancel the order.
I asked them to return the product to the company so that i can ask for refund as per the process and what the agent asked me to do so.
I again got a mail of dispatch and call from vendor regarding the same... is this co. coordination and management??
Today i again called to agent named "BRYAN PRUZ" as he told me... I asked him to connect me to your lead or supervisor.
He behaves so rudely and have no sense of customer satisfaction and hungs up the phone on me ..is this co. process??
I just want my re-fund and want this escalation to go as per the hierarchy.
I am assuring that me or any my known mate will never go through this site even.
