Oadband failure since 3 months

Dear sir,

we have a BSNL landline connection no 0132-2656682. it is out of order since january even after complaining so many times nothing happened. finally in march mid we sent a written letter, then only phone started working, but broadband still not working, we have made complaint every where (local bsnl exchange & internet incharge Mr. sandeep jain at mission compound exchange saharanpur). after all now we are feeling helpless kindly help us in this regard
