i brought TRENDY SPORTY SHOES BY LOTTO from home shop 18 on 3 feb but home shop 188 has given me a wrong product, i have sent back the product for 4 times but all the time received same product again and again...!!!

now i found my shoes are broken from side near the net of both the pairs... i requst you to plz exchange my shoes as soon as possible...
