I received broadband usage bills for October and November. But the bills are not showing the actual usage. It is showing the usage ~ 2.5 GB where as I have used only less than 1.5GB. I cannot verify the usage in your site because for the past few months the broadband usage is not available in your portal. Please take necessary actions to correct the bills as per my actual usage.

I also request you to do the needful to see the daily broadband usage in your website.
