Pathetic and utterly abusive language used by sales executive and is not ready to return money

I hope concumer forum will help me.

Its regarding Mr. anmol kumar, Sr. sales officer, airtel office, swargate.

This executive fron airtel visited my house on 19th dec 09, we enquired about the broadband connectivity. He confidently said that our area is under their broadband service approach. He asked as to fill a form, we paid him Rs750 and he said he ll be providing us the service by 21st dec evening. but till 22nd evening there was no response from this person, i called him and he said, you are not in approachable area and very abusively said that go customers cant do anything about your money and used a very abusive language and asked me contact airtel for money.

First off he was not suppose to collect the money if the connectivity was not there, he provided us with wrong information collected money, put us in mental harrasment and refused to pay back along with that used very abusive language.

need not say again airtel customer support is of no use.

airtel is really a pathetic service providers and do not respond back to customers properly. if these type of executives they have we cant hope any good from them.
