Sir,

It is truely unexpected from a such a large publication house to adopt such chip marketing policy.

I need to mention here that I have enquired to the number 914812563721291 and 914812563646 several times from 3rd of July to 5th of August. Only to get answer that delivery of magazine will reach me within few days. Only on 5ht of August I was told that July issue was sent to me on 3rd of July and I need to make query at local post office. Here my question is what the hell the enquiry desk were doing when I was making query? and they did not even bother to respond my attached mail dated 29 th July? Can any sane man there me that, is it possible to query in a post office, for a normal posted letter after one month?

My pitty didnot end there. The Free CDs didnot reached me till date. Probably its policy of your publication house is not to respond to mails and on telephone you would tell that it will reach in few days.

I sincerely beleive that its a cheap marketing policy to collect money and blame all responsibility on postal department.
