Hi,
We issued cheques for the installation of internet lease line connection in our 2 new office locations. Its been more than 2 weeks but we have no updates on the same. The account manager is not at all helpful at the same time we are not able to get the exact status from customer care. We have to start operations at both the locations to the earliest as we issued the cheque only after the committment of installation within 6 days.
Just because of the connection and unprofessional behaviour, whole project has to suffer. We never expected such pathetic experience in such initial stage and that too from Tata.
Looking forward to some immediate action and updates on the same.
