My user Id is de_aastha. I was not having connection for last 10- 12 days before my renewal which took place on 13.5.2010.
Connection was restored on 14.5.2010.Again on 16.5.2010 @ 12:30 a.m, connection was disconnected & it has not yet come.
When I called up Aastha helpline yesterday @ 20:00 hrs, one man named Malay told me that it will be done tomorrow.when I enquired further he told me misbehaved by uttering abusive languages & told me that he will not send the concerned person tomorrow for reparing.
This kind of service is being provided to us at narayanpur Area. If required, you can verify some more customers @ Narayanpur. You can also contact Mr. Anupam who knows the case details. Our operator Mr. Sandip was not traceable (in phone since last 12-15 days)
I would request you to take necessary & stringent action against these kind of staffs. One compalint would be fwded to CONSUMER FORUM, shortly.
