We refer the order AOF-1505201011 with Ahmedabad Online Florist. We have noted the contents of the gifts delivered to the receipient at Ahmedabad and are appalled at the size of the gifts delivered.
1. Teddy Bear ordered was a medium sized teddy bear, while a small size teddy bear has been sent which is fit to hang in a car. This is absolutely not what we had ordered.
2. The Cadbury s celebration pack was ordered while hardly 4 nos of Dairy milk packs each costing Rs.5/= has been delivered.
3. The 12 Nos of Roses Bouquet was ordered. Sure enough you have delivered 12 Nos of roses, but all stale and withering. The Packing of the bouquet is one of the worst that I have seen.
Let me tell you that I have photograph of the Receipient alongwith the Products that have been delivered.
We are very dissapointed at the level of the service and quality of the products delivered.
