Not refunded money

Dear sir,

I applied for a boradband connection at Vijayawada, Machavaram down area on 8/4 with the application no.130436.

The Sales executive promised to get the connection done in 48 hrs.

I paid the amount of Rs: 1982/-

This is what happened on 8/4.

after meny more requests they have not given me the connection and I have given request for refund my money on 19/04.

Today is 15/10, till date I have not received my money.

I pleaded with their sales Manager, team leads, Call center executives

They did nothing.

Let me know the status of my refund application
