I applied for a boradband connection looking at the the street advertisements in my colony.
They claimed to be from RailTel. Later I learnt that a company called MetaMax was the authorised provider on behalf of RailTel.
The Sales executive promised to get the connection done in 48 hrs.
I paid the amount for 5 months (Rs: 2750) and i got a call form their Head office in Hyderabad the same evening asking the confirmation.
This is what happened on 25 March.
Today is 26 May till date they have neither installed the broadband connection.
I pleaded with their sales Manager, team leads, Call center executives, to either install the connection or refund me the money.
They did nothing.
I write in dismay.
Can some one help me to get my money back?
