Sir/Madam,

On 20 sep I lost Rs.500/- during adding balance to mobikwik.com.

Rs.1000/- is deducted from my SBI ATM, but only Rs.500/- is credited to my mobikwik balance. The amount is debited as Rs.500/- and Rs.500/- on 20 sep 2011. I also have inform them 3 times. My ticket id's are 20619, 20620 and 20736.

Please solve my problem ab early as possible and return my Rs.500/- either to mobikwik balance or to SBI ATM
