Money deducted from account and no recharge done by mobikwik

On july 7th i tried to recharge my mts mblaze for rs 999 from my debit card from www.mobikwik.com, after completing all the steps i confirmed my payment. After i paid it showed some internal error on mobikwik and then i received a message on my phone that rs 999 has been debited from my account. I waited and realized no recharge has been done on my mblaze .i filed a complaint on the mobikwik website but i had no reply from them about the issue. The company is a fraud as many complaints about them are already over the internet.i just hope i get my money back or i ll have to take legal action against the company.hope you people can help with it.
