My phone number is 2321841 & I have plan of 499 for broadband.. but from 21 march our modem is not working.. from that day we make complaint but didn't get response from bsnl office.. my modem has 1 year warranty .. then also I didn't get replaced modem. so give us modem or give refund of modem ..so, it is humble request please take action about it..
