MTNL 3G DATA CARD
SPEED OF 4KBPS INSTEAD OFN PROMISED 3.6MBPS IN NAJAFGARH

SIR,

I have purchased the MTNL 3G Data Card on 12 Feb and instead of providing the promised speed of 3.6 MBPS it provides the speed of 4 KBPS only. it is minimal speed and useless. Although it is a government agency it is a big cheat. I want my complaints to be addressed as early as possible and payback my money.
