Dear sir,
I have registered on 1-06 for mtnl broadband (phone no.011- 22482765) and paid initial amount of 500/ rs, but still they have not provided me the above service, after contacting to the mtnl customer care they informed me that they have modem shortage.
But finally customer is going to suffer all these problem. Then how can people stick with this kind of Gover5nment services?
I hope my problem will be short soon after my this complain.
