Since the time i have got connected to mtnl with a broadband connection in the month of feb this year i have been receiving the bills just one or two days before the due date.
And i have paid the bills beofre the due date to avoid late fees, but for july no bill so far.
I got an sms on my mobile dated 2/08 saying mtnl bill amount and the due date is 1/8.
Called the concerned person and he says just take a duplicate bill and pay the amount, write a letter to the post master and sumbit them a copy.
There is no acceptance of mistake from their side not only i have to do the running about to pay the bill but i will also have to pay late charges for no mistake of my own.
