I ordered a gift for my mother from roghtflorist for her 75th b'day about 10 months ago. It was never delivered. They made up some story about it being help up by the police and then that the address was incomplete (though it wasn't), after that they said that they tried to deliver it but wasn't accepted. After about 2 months of this I asked for a refund and i was told that I would get a refund within 10 - 15 days. After numerous phone calls and dozens of emails to customer care, 10 months later, still no refund. Now they are just not returning my phone calls or replying to my emails. Save your money and a lot of headache - go with another company. I have used several others e-businesses to send gifts, this was my first encounter of such kind. Bad ethics, atrocious customer service; infinite thumbs down. Horrible, horrible company.
