AROUND 15 DAYS BACK, FROM THE DAY ONE IT GIVES LESS THAN 8 KBPS ONLY, I CONTATED THEIR CUSTOMER CARE FOR THE LSAT TWO DAYS CONSTANTLY AND LODGED COMPLAINTS, COMPLAINT NOS ARE 273553 AND 273930 AND ASSURED ME THAT THE WILL CALL WITHIN 30 MINUTES TIME. BUT MY SURPRISE TODAY AGAIN CONTACTED THEIR REPLY IS COMPLAINT IS STILL PENDING AND THEY DO NOT NO WHEN THE SAME WILL BE ATTENDED ALTERNATIVELY THEY GIVEN DATA CARD PROVIDER'S COMPLAINT NOS. 9718884242 WHICH DOES NOT EXIST AND 9869149254 NO BODY LIFTS THE CALL ANDTHEY ARE DISCONNECTING THE CALL. NOW I DO NOT KNOW WHERE I SHOULD COMPLAINT TO RECTIFIED MY DATA CARD
I EXPECT A REPLY WITHIN 24 HRS. FAILING WHICH I POST THE COMPLAINT TO TELECOM MINISTRY.
