Landline and Broadband not working

Hi,

My telephone number is 22451935 and i am facing issue with my landline as well as broadband connection. My landline is dead now. Earlier when it was working there is lot of disturbance in the line and due to that my broadband link light keep on coming on/off and due to that i am unable to surf the net.

I log many complaints till now even to DGM and Area Manager (Luxmi Nagar) office but no luck. Area manager never picks the phone (even landline and mobile).

Please help me to get the issue rectified on top priority basis
