I was trying out Rediffmail on line Shopping and ordered for Fish Food. To my surprise I received a different package not the one shown in the picture. The price tag on the package was written as Rs. 125/- for which Rediffmail and Ojjas Enterprises advertised a price tag of Rs. 999/- and after discount charged me 199/- for the product which inclusive of all taxes costs only Rs.125/- The same product which was shipped to me was available in my locality shop. I had to pay a additional Rs. 90/- for shipping. What a waste of money and not getting the right product which has been displayed.
I tried calling up Ojjas Enterprises on both the phone numbers displayed on the delivery paper but nobody seems to answer the calls. Please get rid of such suppliers before Rediffmail starts earning a bad name for itself.
