MTNL Mobile Recharge of Rs98

I had request for MTNL recharge of Rs.98/- from paytm.com through my ATM card.

But after 2 hours i received two sms.

1 sms (We countn't complete recharge request of Rs.98/- for Mobile No 9969313894)

2 sms (Rs.98/- has been into your paytm cash balance for your paytm order Number 4745522.)

But yet i didn't received any amount into my account

Pl help me for this query.
