Dear Sir/Madam,
I would like to put in notice that i am not getting proper Internet service from MTNL Mumbai. I run my small business over Internet and totally dependent on it, i suffer from big loss due to frequent disconnection of Internet.
Also i would like to focus on HIGHLY UNQUALIFIED and UNEDUCATED employees of MTNL Mumbai, as they are not even able to find out what the issue is. Many times i resolve these issues (as i am into IT sector and have bit knowledge on this).
It would be great if you can help me,
