Very Poor Service & frequent disconnection of Internet

Sir,

The service provided by MTNL Triband is completely ridiculous... When u try to call 1504 after 1 hour u can connect to some person... after which they respond very unmannered way...

The I would like to file is for very frequent disconnection & after disconnection when I try to contact service executive it ends up to endless loop... The disconnection is 5-10 minutes...
