MTNL Triband
Major Change In Internet Speed

I've been using MTNL Broadband connection since past 6 months. The plan is DSL_Unlimited_395

which shows a download speed of 320 kbps (http://mumbai.mtnl.net.in/triband/htm/tariff.htm#tariff)

The speed I usually used to get was 220 Kbps since October & only now since 1 week the download speed doesn't go above 40 kbps.

On calling up their helpdesk, they gave me different stories for about a week, which showed they had no technical knowledge of what they've been appointed for.

To my surprise the person MTNL sent to check my connectivity said that he has no knowdledge of the Internet or Computers rather.

Requesting for an advice on the same.
