I am using MTS since past few months with number - 9141967862. I know it would be too much to expect 3.1 MBPS as they claim but at least 1.0 MBPS...!!!...
Charging for 999 Rs and you have to be satisfied with mere 400Kbps.. What bakwas is this...???

What is this happening...?? And please don't tell me I have virus in my system. Its a brand new laptop with virus software updated every day and I am a software engineer, I know what internet is and how it works..!
